Although primarily a golf club, we do have 3 well appointed function rooms that can be hired exclusively and independently from the everyday golfing activities of the rest of the clubhouse.

3 Unique Function Rooms for Hire

All the rooms have a warm and comfortable ambiance  that comes from the extensive use of re-claimed architectural materials, giving each room its own unique character.

We are licensed for up to 100 people and each room can be hired either individually or in any combination of the 3 as they all adjoin each other. The rooms have their own dedicated licensed bar and catering facilities for your exclusive use.

  • Welham Hall has extensive views of the golf course through its  beautiful windows that were salvaged from Welham Hall near Hatfield. It can seat approx 80 in a theatre style arrangement.
  • The Bassingbourn features eye-catching wooden floors reclaimed from Bassingbourn Barracks near Royston. At a similar size to the Welham hall it can also seat approximately 80 in a theatre style arrangement.
  • The Bridge Bar originated from The Old Bridge Hotel in Bedford and can be used for smaller meetings or approx 30 people in theatre style seating.

For Family Parties

These rooms are just great for family parties. If you have a small group of 30 they won’t feel lost in the dance area, yet if you have a party of 100 everyone will comfortably fit within the 3 interlinked rooms. This is ideal for older members of the family to escape the noise of the disco yet still  feel included in the festivities.

For Meetings & Conferences

For meetings and conferences we can offer a  free wifi facility and the use of a projector and screen for a nominal fee.
