This day is for golfers and anyone else who would like to stay flexible and “in the zone”.
Namashanti Yoga presents a ‘Day of Yoga’ at Colmworth Golf Club
10am Meet & Greet
10.30am – 12.30p Workshop 1
This workshop will start with gentle Meditation to calm and prepare the Mind and Body for a Traditional Hatha Yoga Practice herunterladen.
You will practice Asana’s (poses) learning the correct alignments and positions and what benefits Yoga has on the Mind & Body Systems onenote kostenlos herunterladen. Concluding with Relaxation to recover from your practice and set you up for the rest of the day.
12.30 – 2pm Relax and enjoy a light and tasty vegetarian lunch
(weather permitting – you can relax & eat by lake in the beautiful surroundings of the Golf Club)
2 – 4pm Workshop 2
During this workshop you will practice the art of Vinyasa bringing elements you have practiced in the earlier workshop into a continuous flow of movement, massaging and cleansing the Body & Mind on a deeper level, finding supple & flexibility in the body, stillness and peace in the Mind shared non-message folders.
Concluding with Meditiation and Relaxation you will leave feeling like a ‘Well Being’ and a more ‘Intergrated Being’ – Balanced, Happy, Calm and WELL smileys downloaden iphone!
